Nazli has spent close to 10 years teaching yoga, training yoga teachers, and leading retreats around the world. Holistic wellness is a lifelong love of hers, and her passions lie in creative movement, sound healing, and breathwork. Her teachings focus on empowerment, education, and connection to your Self, your community, and the Earth.
When she is not leading a wellness experience, you can find her spending time in nature, being active in any way, cooking plant based meals, traveling, and deepening her own practice of what it means to live mindfully.
