If you’re new to Yoga One, the New Student Special, One Month Unlimited, is a great way for you to experience the different levels, styles, teachers in our beautiful space.

A regular yoga practice has many benefits, see below. After enjoying a few classes, you’ll know what times and styles work best for you to maintain your regular yoga practice. We have discounted memberships and packages to keep you feeling your best.
Following are some tips to help you get started, and click here for many more details on how to optimize your experience at Yoga One:
- • When choosing which classes to attend, please review the descriptions of levels and styles.
- • If you are brand new to yoga, look for classes that are style appropriate and All Levels, which means beginner-friendly (: i.e. Gentle/Foundation are slower and more detailed, Flow/Vinyasa are more “athletic.”
- • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class (for both online and in-studio classes).
- • There is ample free parking.
- • Turn off cell phones and remove shoes at the door (place in cubbies).
- • Let your instructor know of any special needs or injuries you may have.
- • Please bring a personal mat if you have one. Communal mats and props are also available in studio.
- • Online students, please obtain your own yoga props to use at home/office: two yoga blocks, a yoga blanket (or thick beach towel) and a yoga strap.
