Julia has been practicing yoga and incorporating its philosophy into her life since 2016, after realizing the many healing benefits it has to offer. She received her 200-hour yoga certification in 2018, following a year-long apprenticeship. She went on to further her studies in February of 2021 with Swadhyaya Yoga School in Chacala Mexico, where she received her 300-hour yoga certification.

She strives to transform her students’ lives on and off the mat. She likes to incorporate elements, of a holistic lifestyle into her classes as well as spiritually. She offers a variety of movement, awareness, breath work, and hands on adjustments. When she is not practicing yoga, she enjoys hiking, cooking and being at the beach.
