Nicole was introduced to yoga in 2012 after suffering a spinal injury during a soccer match. She had quite an inflexible body at that time and believed she was not a good fit for yoga. To her surprise, yoga quickly became her saving grace not only in the healing of her body but also in the benefit introduced to her overall mental health.

Our bodies are designed to playfully move in all directions. Nicole’s goal as a teacher is to bring a sense of liberation through movement, to find joy and relief in our body and mind by connecting breath and flow. Her classes are designed for you to explore your movement and find a sense of grounding and presence in your own body.

Nicole completed her 200 YTT with Yoga One in 2021. She shares her deep gratitude from the wisdom of her teachers. She will always be a student of the practice and is excited to share, learn, and grow with you in class!
