Megan is a trauma-informed CYT-500 Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner who is passionate about helping people cultivate a strong mind-body connection. Her class offerings center around accessibility, bodily autonomy, and self-inquiry as she unites the philosophical roots of yoga with modern somatic healing techniques. Whether she’s teaching vinyasa flow, restorative classes, or anything else in between, Megan believes that mindful movement can reconnect people with the innate intelligence of their body and help to heal emotional wounds. A native San Diegan, she also enjoys picnics in the sunshine, experimenting with new vegetarian/vegan recipes, hosting themed parties, and discovering new indie films.
