Daniela has been teaching various styles of yoga in the San Diego area since 2010. Her classes present yoga as a multi-faceted, detailed, and nuanced practice of unifying the physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers of the human experience. Daniela’s classes offer a container to simultaneously explore and integrate movement, breath work, meditation, and classical philosophical concepts in a way that empowers each yoga student.
Daniela encourages students to express and engage with yoga in an accessible, authentic, and responsible way, however that may look and feel to them. Daniela believes that yoga is essentially the art and science of human empowerment and evolution on both personal and collective levels, centered around learning how to contextualize the “me” from within the “we”.
