Submission Guidelines
Please review the content of our blog and only submit articles related to yoga and healthy-living. We strongly prefer articles written from your personal experience as a student of yoga.
Submitted articles should be easy to read and free of grammatical errors. Any submitted material should be your own previously unpublished work.
Include the following in your submission:
- Proposed title of your article in the subject line of your submission
- Text of your article pasted into the email
- Any photos you own that you would like to include in the article as attachments
- If you would like to use photos from elsewhere on the web, let us know from where and we can ask permission to use them
- A short biography (2-3 sentences) and square headshot photo
- Any links you would like to include in your bio
We reserve the right to make edits to your article before publication without contacting you. We will contact you for permission before making substantial changes. Where appropriate, we will include links to our own content first.
