200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Yoga One is honored to offer each student a deep understanding of yoga with our comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Alliance Affiliated Teacher Training certification courses. Our highly experienced teachers (E-RYT 500) are professional, inspiring, supportive, and embody a full range of yogic knowledge: posture practice (asana), breathing (pranayama), philosophy/history and mindfulness.
All of Yoga One’s Teacher Trainings are affiliated with Yoga Alliance (read more here) and MyCAA.

300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Education to Enhance your Evolution – for those who hold a 200-Hour yoga teaching certificate. Our team of experienced in-house teachers will support you on your journey of knowledge, skill, confidence and inspiration!
Includes unlimited yoga during the course ($834 value), online anatomy and history/philosophy materials, and opportunities to assist in Yoga One classes. Registered with MyCAA and Yoga Alliance.
