FAQ:

  • What is your square footage?
    • 1150 square feet.
  • What is your capacity?
    • 25-30 for active fitness / asana / dance type classes and workshops
    • 30-35 for sound bath / restorative type events
    • Up to 60 for parties
  • Do I need to book time for set-up and clean-up?
    • Yes, when choosing your booking time, please include ample time for your set up and clean up.  If you would like, we can provide a cleaning service for an additional fee of $150.
  • Can you hold my date prior to booking?
    • Due the number of inquiries, we can only hold your date once payment is received. Thank you.
  • Is catering allowed?
    • Yes, outside food and beverages are allowed.
  • Do you provide seating?
    • No, we do not provide chairs and tables for seating.  We typically refer guests to Rafaels Rentals. Please utilize items with non-scuff bottoms.
  • Is there parking?
    • Yes, there is ample free street parking.  With a large number of guests, some may have to walk a block or so.
  • Can I come see the space?
    • Please feel free to stop by 5 minutes after any of our regularly scheduled classes to take a quick look. If you are interested in proceeding with the booking, we are happy to arrange another time for a longer visit. At that time, we also provide a simple 2-page rental checklist with entry & exit information, WIFI, wireless speaker information, etc.
  • What is the latest time for booking?
    • Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 9pm.  You can book until 9:30pm to clean up quietly after your event with all doors closed.
  • Is there a handicap accessible restroom located inside the space?
    • Yes, as well as a handicap accessible ramp to enter.
  • Rental Add-Ons:
    • Cleaning Fee – optional = $150
    • 3 high top tables (30 inch round, bar height) with white table cloths = $75
    • 30 minutes – 1 hour of yoga instruction = $150 
    • You are welcome to utilize all of our yoga props complimentary (blocks, straps, bolsters and a few mats).
    • 30 minutes – 1 hour of sound bath = $300
