Yoga One Packages are also valid.
*Monday's class is conducted on a donation basis. $10 is the suggested amount but pay as much as little as you wish, or simply come as our guest. Just come practice and start the week right! (:

What:
We provide a limited number of complimentary yoga mats for use. However, if you have your own mat we recommend you bring it to class.

Award-winning Yoga One offers Sunrise Yoga classes. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Classes will be suited to all levels. Instructors will provide detailed instructions of basic postures as well as options for more experienced individuals to go deeper.
